Appointments can be requested through our scheduling application (or by phone).

If you use our scheduling application, once you have chosen an appointment type, date, and time and provided us with some basic information, our staff will call you (usually within one business day) and:

  • review consultation and vaccination fees
  • answer any questions you may have, and
  • confirm your appointment*

You will also be provided with instructions for filling out our Pre-Travel Registration Form. It is not necessary to complete this form before your appointment is confirmed.

*Please note: All electronic appointment requests MUST be confirmed by our staff before you are placed on our schedule. If you are scheduling an appointment by phone or internet one business day or less in advance or requesting an appointment outside of regular business hours (usually before 9:00 AM and after 5 PM, if available), there is a $75 non-refundable deposit (which goes towards your balance at the end of your visit) per person. For groups of more than three people, the deposit is $150 (total for the group, no per-person deposit required) regardless of the date and time of the appointment.
